Bookings are open now. Book before August 1, 2026 to save 10% off your total package. Installs begin Labor Day weekend (September 7) and run through early November, right up to Thanksgiving. Removals happen the week after Thanksgiving or first week of December — your choice.
In October and November — our core install window — pumpkins on a covered NC porch last 4–8 weeks, right through Halloween and into Thanksgiving. Installs begin Labor Day weekend. For September installs, NC heat can shorten pumpkin life, which is why we offer the Mid-Season Refresh — a late-October return visit to swap any declining pumpkins and keep your display looking peak for the whole season. We apply a protective prep treatment to every install and source fresh from NC farms right before your delivery date.
The $100 deposit reserves your spot on our calendar and is applied toward your total balance. Remaining balance is due at installation. Deposits are refundable if you cancel 14+ days before your scheduled install.
Nope. We work on your front porch while you're out. Just make sure we have access to the porch area. We'll send you a photo of the finished display once we're done.
Our core service area covers Hickory, Newton, Conover, Lincolnton, Denver, Sherrills Ford, Sherrills Ford, Lake Norman, Huntersville, and Cornelius. We also serve surrounding neighborhoods — if you're outside our core radius, just ask. If you're unsure whether your address is in range, just text us a photo and your zip code — we'll confirm.
Absolutely. All packages can be upgraded with the Ivory Crown (all-white pumpkins, +20%). You can also add design setup on Classic and Royal, and removal service on any package. Want something completely custom? Text us.
We haul them away and donate them to local farms for animal feed or composting. Nothing goes to waste.
Yes. We work with realtors, property managers, and businesses for seasonal curb appeal. Contact us for custom commercial quotes.
An optional add-on service — we return in late October, assess your display, and swap out any pumpkins showing early decline. Your porch looks peak for Halloween and holds through Thanksgiving. Especially recommended for Labor Day and September installs, when warmer weather can shorten pumpkin life. Ask about pricing when you book.
We'll replace any pumpkin that goes bad within the first 14 days of install, no charge. Just send us a photo.
